This season has been very hectic in the Nelson household. Between Justin traveling with the team, home football and basketball games and all the holiday parties I've been working, we've been running around like crazy people! It's this times like these that I learn to really appreciate my husband and cherish all the little moments we have together.
True love is...
Missing him while he's gone. Even though it's only for two days.
Holding her hand through a very loud thunderstorm at 4:00am.
Telling her she looks nice before work.
Watching SportsCenter and drinking coffee together before work.
Putting up with her destroying the bathroom with hair dye every couple months.
Sitting through hours of college football because you know he loves it.
Bringing her favorite soup for dinner when she doesn't feel good.
Idly playing with one another's rings in the car and on the couch.
Cheering him on during an intense pool match.
Singing along with Taking Back Sunday and cleaning the house for 3 hours together.
Decorating the Christmas tree together.
Snuggling in bed before the alarm goes off.
Post-event head scratchies.
Bragging about each other.
We finally have an entire weekend off together and I am so excited! We'll probably just spend it laying around the house, watching movies and football... but sometimes those are the perfect weekends.
