11 Days

Justin and I have been married for 11 days. Four were spent on our honeymoon cruise, two were spent traveling back to Salt Lake City and three have been spent at work. Honestly, not much is different between us... and I enjoy it. We've been in a "honeymoon phase" for two years now and it's only gotten better. I love calling him my husband and hearing him introduce me as his wife. I love showing off my sparkly wedding band to the girls in the office and sneaking peeks of his new manly black band (which he cannot stop playing with/commenting about how weird it feels, yet never takes off). I can't wait to change my name legally to Nelson, regardless of how painstaking it's rumored to be. But what I'm most happy about is how we are still the same two people. We still tease each other, I still get butterflies in my tummy as I hear him unlock the front door when he's home, and we're still very much in love. I know that will never change. I'm excited for our lives together as Mr & Mrs... but I have always known I would spend the rest of my life with him.
